Terms of Service for Lebanon Car Rentals
- Payment Terms: Upon rental initiation, it is mandatory to settle all charges in advance.
- Security Deposit: A refundable Security Deposit of USD 500 – USD 5,000 depending on the car category is required, payable at the time of rental. The deposit will be reimbursed within 21 working days after the vehicle is returned, contingent upon the clearance of fine charges.
- Customer Liability in Accident Cases: If the customer receives a Red Ticket or is at fault, they are responsible for rental charges while the car is in repair, without full insurance.
- Excess Amount without Full Insurance: Without full insurance, an excess amount (contract rent + VAT) is payable for damages caused under your supervision. Full insurance coverage ensures both parties cover you, regardless of fault.
- Refund Policy: Security deposit refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Cash deposits will receive a cash refund, cheques will be refunded via cheque, and online payments will be refunded to the same account.
- Location, Delivery, and Collection: Our office is located in Fanar, El-Metn. Cars are delivered to your location in Lebanon after document verification and payment of the rental and security deposit. A delivery and collection fee is applicable for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals, depending on the location.
- Allowed Kilometers:
- Monthly: 5000 km
- Weekly: 1300 km
- Daily: 150 km
- Excess mileage is charged at 1% per km from the daily rent, plus 11% VAT.
- Replacement Car: In the event of a breakdown or accident, a replacement car will be provided.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Early termination of the contract is not accommodated; hence, there is a no-refund policy. No refund will be processed in case of early cancellation. For vehicle return, please notify us 24 hours before the scheduled return for proper arrangement.
- Additional Driver(s): An additional driver can be added for an additional fee of USD 35 + 11% VAT. Driving without company permission by additional drivers is strictly against company policy.
- Late Payment of Delivery and Pick-Up Charges: If the hirer did not pay delivery and pick-up charges during booking and decides to have the car noticed on the return date, a charge will apply.
- Renewal or Extension: Monthly, weekly, and daily rates differ. For renewals or extensions, the base rental price will be followed.
- Fuel Policy: We do not provide a full tank of fuel. Please return the same amount of petrol as received. No refunds for excess fuel in accidental or replacement situations.
- After-Hours Support: In case of a battery issue or an accident after working office hours, please contact our road assistance team by calling: +961 3 093 697.
- Office Hours: Our office operates from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Important Note: If any warning sign appears on the dashboard, it is imperative to immediately stop the car and contact the hotline. You are held responsible for any damages that may occur if you fail to stop the car upon observing a warning sign. Prolonging the service may result in non-insured damages.
Terms of Service for UAE Car Rentals
- Payment Terms: Upon rental initiation, it is mandatory to settle all charges in advance.
- Security Deposit: A refundable Security Deposit of AED 2000 – AED 5000 depending on the car category is required. This deposit will be reimbursed within 21 working days after the vehicle is returned, contingent upon the clearance of Salik and fine charges.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Comprehensive insurance is provided; however, in the event of an accident or damages for Faulty/Third-Party cases, an Excess claim of AED 2000 – AED 5000 + 5% VAT applies. A police report is mandatory in such cases.
- Customer Liability in Accident Cases: If the customer receives a Red Ticket or is determined to be at fault in an accident, the customer is responsible for paying the rental charges while the vehicle is undergoing repairs, without the full insurance coverage.
- Full Insurance Coverage: By selecting the full insurance option at an additional cost based on the rented car, both parties will provide coverage, irrespective of fault, in the occurrence of any accidents.
- Security Deposit Refund: We will refund your security deposit using the original payment method. Cash deposits will be refunded in cash, cheque deposits will be reimbursed via cheque, and for online payments (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), the refund will be processed directly to the same account.
- Location and Delivery: Our office is situated in Business Bay. As vehicles are not parked at the office, we provide delivery to your location in Dubai once document verification is completed, and payments are settled for the rental and security deposit.
- Allowed Kilometers:
- Monthly: 4000 km
- Weekly: 1100 km
- Daily: 200 km
- Excess mileage is charged at 1% per km from the daily rent, plus 5% VAT.
- Replacement Car: In the event of a breakdown, a replacement car will be provided.
- Salik and Admin Fees: Salik toll charges (AED 5.00 /crossing) will be billed at the end of the rental, along with a 5% VAT on the admin fee. An admin fee of AED 50 + 5% VAT is applicable for each fine acquired during the rental duration.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Early termination of the contract is not accommodated; hence, there is a no-refund policy. No refund will be processed in case of early cancellation. For vehicle return, please notify us 24 hours before the scheduled return for proper arrangement.
- Additional Driver(s): An additional driver can be added for an additional fee. Driving without company permission by additional drivers is strictly against company policy.
- Delivery and Collection: A delivery and collection fee is applicable for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals depending on the location.
- Renewal or Extension: Monthly, weekly, and daily rates differ. For renewals or extensions, the base rental price will be followed.
- Flat or Punctured Tire: In case of a flat or punctured tire, a spare tire is provided at the back for customers to replace themselves.
- Authorized Drivers: Only registered drivers with our company are allowed to drive the rented car.

- Return Notification: When returning the car, please inform Mr. Johnny at +971561686315 at least 3 hours before the desired time. Note that no collection requests will be accepted within 3 hours before our closing time.
